Office Mascots
On our way back from Boston, we made a quick stop at the Natick Mall and (unexpectedly) brought home this Lego set (that Dave promptly built for me). We agreed they needed to live on my desk at the school. Those are definitely three of the emotions that are frequently felt throughout each day when working in the field of Special Education and they were apprecaited by all in my department! xo

Scenes from A Quick Trip to Boston
Dave and I took a very quick trip in to Boston today so that he could choose a new rain coat at the Stio store. We parked over near Flour, had lunch, made our way to the store, had some of the most delicious waffle fries ever and made our way back to the car (passing the headquarters of the Unitarian Universalist church on our way to and from). While it was rainy (and windy) it was actually a lovely day to be in the city!
When we got home we were shocked to see that the news from dance team auditions had arrived! This is the earliest ever as the team had only auditioned a couple of days prior! Such a wonderful note to end the wekeend on! xo

Last First Day
And so begins Emma's senior year! It's her last year of homeschooling and it's our last year as a homeschool family. It has been an amazing journey and I cannot wait to see what this year holds for her (and for all of us)! Now, go be great, Emma! xo

Dave and His Bunnies
There is just something so sweet about watching Dave with the bunnies. It truly brings the girls and I immense joy each day. xo
