Beautiful little dress!! Waiting for a friend? There are so many little details I love: the amazing bowl of tomatoes on the table with the loaf of homemade bread, the capture of the clock ( it is just past 3:30, is someone late?). We could write a short story here!! Love it!!

Waiting is always the hardest part! I'm so glad your girls had a good time with their great grandpa. I have very few precious memories of my great grandparents as they passed away while I was young.
ReplyDeleteLove the little blue sundress. What did she see?
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable photo. So nice to have found your blog.
ReplyDeleteThe dress...the shutters...the patchwork curtain...everything about this photo is perfect. I wonder what she's dreaming about. :)
ReplyDeleteHello I've come across from soulemama, Such a beautiful photo I wonder what story it is telling?
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely moment! That looks like a cozy room!
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone! I cannot believe I did not comment on this post sooner! My sincere apologies for not replying.
ReplyDeleteEmma was waiting for her Gramma and her Great-Grandpa! My mom had picked my grandfather up at the airport and was then surprising him with a viist to our house! It had been two years since the girls had last seen their great-grandfather but with their reaction to his arrival you would have thought they saw him just the other day! It was fabulous!
