Tomato Day

 Thirty pounds of tomatoes turned into seventeen quarts of tomato sauce on Saturday! After not being able to have Tomato Day, due to the renovations last summer, it was lovely to be back to our usual end-of-summer rhythm of putting up sauce for the winter. Next up: applesauce!  xo
