These two have been the best of friends from minute one and have been truly inseparable these last two months. While the original plan was that Jake would be with us until the spring, we learned yesterday that his family will be most likely moving this weekend and therefor he will be heading home much, much sooner than planned. And while there were many tears shed over this news we are also happy that Jake will be reunited with his family. We have been so honored to be his foster family, and we look forward to being able to borrow him on occasion (and perhaps heading over there a few times a week to take him for a walk while everyone is at work and school). He's been a wonderful addition to our family and three's absolutely going to be a Jake sized hole in all our hearts when he leaves. xo
