Sunday In Boston

 Today in Boston, Grace’s (early) birthday celebration continues. We began this adventure with a trip to Lip Lab Boston to create our own shades (so, so, so much fun! 10/10. Highly recommend!),

followed by dirty sodas from The Sweetish Fish

and then (of course) lunch at Flour. The only way this day could have been any more perfect would have been if David (who had to work) and Emma (who’s at camp) were with us! Emma was actually the one who kicked off Grace’s birthday month by giving Grace her gift before she left since she’s away for the next two weeks. Such a perfect start to Grace's birthday celebration! xo

On America's 250th......

we brought Emma to Maine for her week as a CIT at Pilgrim Lodge.

And then Grace and I began the journey home.  

We weren't feeling very celebratory this year. It's hard to get into the spirit given the state of the country, so we just didn't. Hopefully, by America's 300th things will have improved and there will be a country still standing (and worth celebrating). 

Looking forward to seeing Emma in a week and to hearing all her stories! xo 

More Gorgeous Hair by Grace!

In which I go to Collectiv for Grace to do her first ever Brazilian Blowout. This is very similar to the smoothing treatment that I get done at Tease (generally twice a year though I have been putting it off for a bit). She did a fabulous job and I am glad that she got to try her hand at this while we was still a student! xo
