There is nothing like fresh pasta sauce made only moments before dinner. The only way this sauce could be any better is if it was a lovely shade of red instead of the pale pink color that's the result of using out of season tomatoes. Why we waited so long to get a Vitamix is beyond me. And why we waited so long to use this one is another question that will forever remain a mystery. However, now that we have seen how awesome it is I am pretty sure that we'll be blending up a storm! Canning season is going to be a snap now that we are Vitamix owners. Next up, getting the grinding blade so we can grind our own grain! Oh, the possibilities!
