Valentines By Emma

Our sweet Emma spent the majority of this past week feeling crummy. It started with a cough that we were sure was going to end up as croup (it never did), next a fever showed up (which hung around for a good few days) and finally it was discovered that an ear infection was on the horizon. A few doses of garlic ear oil and she's much, much improved, though the cough continues to linger. Since her fever hadn't broken before Friday morning she wasn't able to go to the Girl Scout meeting that afternoon. Though she was sad to miss out on the fun things going on at the meeting she decided that it would be the perfect time to make valentines.
 First up- one for me.
Next on the docket: one for Grace.
She spent quite a long time working on her valentine for Grace. Every choice was just perfect, right down to her sweet "I love you" message that she was so proud to write. I just love how much Grace and Emma adore each other and how it shows through in every thing they do for each other.
And, of course, valentine for papa.
These steam radiators really are just fabulously handy! They're great for drying boots, hats and mittens, getting dough to rise and even drying all sorts of projects (including valentines). I'm pretty sure we'd be lost without them! xo
