This sweet tree may be our most favorite one yet. The minute we all laid eyes on it we knew that it was "the one". It seemed small when we first saw it, but when we got it home and up the four of us agreed that it was indeed perfect! As we were decorating the tree this year it occurred to me that our ornaments are very nature-y, with hints of classic Christmas thrown in for good measure. Many of these were acquired when I first moved up here after college. More were added our first married Christmas. With our love of all things nature and classic it should come as no surprise that our ornaments ended up fitting under these two categories, though! All three trees are now present an accounted for which means that Solstice and Christmas really are on their way! xo
Looks beautiful Shel! xo

DeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteMy goodness, those bay windows just seem to be built for displaying Christmas trees, don't they? We love ours. The trouble always is where to move the furniture! :)
ReplyDeleteWe just adore this window! When we first saw the house the sellers had a giant screen TV in that lovely window. We couldn't believe our eyes and felt sad for the window that it only housed a giant screen TV. Needless to say as soon as we became the owners we made sure that there was nothing in the window that couldn't be moved! It's the perfect reading spot when the Christmas tree is not up that is! :) Having to relocate the furniture is a pain but we wouldn't have it any other way! :) xo
DeleteSuch a beautiful tree! I love nothing more then sitting in the dark with the tree lights glowing. And that is indeed a lovely spot for a tree!
ReplyDeleteMe too, my friend! Me too! xo
