Even though we are barely Irish, I thought it would be fun to come up with something green we could have for breakfast. Green eggs just always sound so unappealing to me, so I ruled that one out and decided upon pancakes. Surely those would be festive (read: more appealing) looking.
"Mama, look! It turned green!"
Green pancakes are very fun!
Now, if only I had a shamrock shaped cookie cutter to make them even more fun...
Something to remember for next year, I suppose.
