Fingers crossed that the cat grass seed we planted grows as high as I need it to for the girls Easter baskets. This is the first year that we are using real grass instead of the fake grass (that I loath). Looking forward to seeing how this project turns out!
If that doesn't work out, you can let the girls paint some newspaper (or any other paper in the recycle bin) green then send it through the shredder, or tear it into strips.
