We began our week with a trip to the lake. We had heard from a friend in town that the beach had opened and since the schools are still in we decided that we might as well take advantage of what was sure to be a not very crowded beach (and we were right). It was a glorious day yesterday and when we arrived we surely had the place to ourselves as we were the first family there! Decked out in their new bathing suits, with their new boogie boards at the ready they headed in and spent the next hour floating, swimming, exploring, searching and playing. It was the perfect way to kick back and relax after a very busy weekend and a lovely welcome to a new week! xo

DeleteWe went to the pool for the first time of the season yesterday. Nice hot day. Perfect for the pool. Everyone else thought so too so it was super busy. My girls didn't care though. They had a ball :) This lake look perfect on a hot day. Thanks for sharing!
