Building Window Boxes

On Saturday the girls helped out at the Rainbow Girls Pledge table at Natick Days. The Rainbow Girls and the Rainbow Girls Pledges were there working to raise funds for all the fun things that they'll do this year. They had a wonderful time working at the Pledge table, and then when their time was done we walked around the Common to check out all the other fun things taking place. One such bit of fabulousness was a build-your-own window box activity that was being held by the local carpenters union. Even more amazing was that this activity was completely free! The girls did such a wonderful job building and sanding their window boxes and now all that's left to decide is how to paint them and what to plant in them. I cannot wait to see them hanging up next spring with sweet little flowers planted inside! xo
