This afternoon, after quiet time was over and four loads of wash were folded, the girls and I headed upstairs to begin our 40 bags in 40 days adventure. First up was my side of the closet. In an hour and a half we managed to purge 10 contractor size bags of items. Six of the bags are full of items that we'll be taking to the local Salvation Army store, two of the bags are full of trash and the last two bags are full of cardboard to be recycled. I cannot even imagine how many more bags Dave's side of our closet will generate! Needless to say, the girls were incredible helpers and we were thrilled to get so much done in such a short period of time!
Clearly, we are off to a great start!
