Through Grace And Emma's Eyes

The other day, inspired by a post my friend Meghann over at Four Wild Blueberries wrote, I stuck the memory card from the camera the girls use into the computer. Below are some of the pictures that were on it.
I just love seeing the world through their eyes. I love seeing what they found beautiful or important.  I love trying to figure out what they were up to, or remembering where we were. I love how some of the pictures are crystal clear and others are somewhat blurry. I love these little glimpses into their world and I love seeing how things change as they grow! Thanks, Meghann for the reminder to check in with their camera. It had been far too long since the last time we looked and I'm so very grateful for the inspiration to do so! xo

  1. How lovely... My daughter has finally gotten the concept of taking pictures so she should be getting her first camera from her grandparents for her birthday. Like you, I love trying to see the world the way she does... I just can't let her run around with my Canon reflex! :-)

Have a lovely week my friend. xo

  2. Yanic, Exactly! This camera that the girls use is one that we had before we got our lovely (expensive) digital camera (though if truth be known most of my pictures are taken with my iPhone)! The one that they use is virtually indestructible (or at least it feels that way) and is even water proof! :) So glad to hear that your daughter's very own camera is in her future! I bet she'll be over the moon (and I cannot wait to see the pictures that she takes)! It's always fun to have a peek into their world! xo

  3. My little man loves taking photos, and I love sneaking a peek at what captures his interest. Always a pleasure to look through his photos.

  4. I really like this post! Some lovely photos. We regularly hand the camera to our daughter- and truth be told her photos are usually better than mine! 😄
