We arrived at Hanson's
and chatted with Mrs. Hanson who showed us where the flowers for our flower share were located
and then headed out into the fields.
But first we had to make the obligatory stop to visit the chickens.
We said good-bye to the chickens and started down the path to the strawberry field.
All the while taking in the incredible views of the farm.
Emma adores this dress.
Off we go to go choose the flowers that will make up this weeks flower share.
Emma was so excited to get to hold the strawberries.
We told her that she had to be gentle, like she is when she holds babies.
She instantly slowed down and said "shhh" to them.
The girls were very excited to hold some of the flowers for our flower share.
They are all about flowers.
Choosing the 20 stems we get each week for the next 20 weeks
will surely be one of the highlights of each weeks trip to the farm.
Ah, the joys of being back at the farm.
The next 20 weeks are going to be incredible!
Now, just to figure out what to do with the Swiss Chard in this weeks bag!
