This sweet little gnome arrived in our mail yesterday! He (we've decided he's a he) comes to us all the way from Canada! My lovely friend Kim, from Mothering with Mindfulness, surprised us with him. She had asked for our address a few weeks ago, but I figured it was simply to send us a holiday card. Never did I expect to receive a little gift from her too! The girls just "ooh"ed and "ahh"ed over how adorable this little gnome is (and so did I). They then asked who sent him and I told them about Kim and where she lives. Right away Grace said: "Oh, the country with the maple leaf on it's flag!" Thanks so much Kim for thinking of us. He will surely be a well loved addition to our family. I hope there comes a day where we can visit in person sometime! Oh, how simply fabulous that would be!
