    We walked over to the library today. Apparently a 10-minute (each way) walk in the cool air is just what these two needed; we came home, ate lunch, read a couple chapters of one of Julia's books, and when I went into the kitchen to tend to the canner they both fell asleep! xo

    Oh yes. My heart fills up the same way upon seeing this, Shel. Oh, and I love her outfit! My middle daughter has that same colorful mixed patterns sense of style. Very cool.

    Thanks everyone for stopping by and for all your sweet comments! I had a feeling ya'll would love this one! We love the library and all things books and wouldn't know what to do without our weekly trip! I was so glad to capture this moment as it really is such a timeless one!
